Taj Alexander is a painter and designer currently residing in Melbourne, Australia. He came to Studio Tekni for a clean and refined visual identity overhaul.

Designing for any artist is always challenging process: how can we create a design system for something that is so intrinsically personal?

Our concept spawned from a blank rectangular canvas — the origin for each Taj Alexander artwork. The shape was then transformed into a container and depending on the application, reveals the unique artworks behind them.
